==Plot== After the bullying incident in the previous chapter, Taylor travels to Downtown Brockton Bay along the route of her morning runs to the Boardwalk while contemplating the Undersiders' group dynamic and history, deciding what to do about the message. She reverses course and heads to the opulent central library, after lunch hour ends she is able to snag an open public computer and send a reply to Tattletale's throwaway PHO account message. Taking proper precautions, considering the various people that might be out to get her, Taylor wants proof that "Tt" is indeed who she writes she is. "Tt" send back a quick reply; a vague description of last night's battle and a request to meet at the sight of the battle at three o'clock. Taylor briefly panics as she notices that "Tt" refers specifically to the library as Taylor's location. Taylor muses about her options for the day, what information she could get from them and how much risk she'd put herself through. She eventually decides she would rather meet them than do nothing for the rest of the day. Startled by a woman who wants to use the public computer next, Taylor replys to "Tt" that she would see her at three.
