==Plot== Skitter outfits her employees with origami jewelry containing insects to allow her to keep track of them as well as offer a way to quickly signal an emergency to her. They then chat about their views on society, their wages, and recruiting more helpers for Skitter's kingdom with brains larger than a pinhead. Skitter muses on her new part-time job as the Undersiders de facto seamstress, using materials similar to her own costume to provide protection for her teammates, save for Bitch. Whilst she works, she further considers the relationship dynamic between her and her minions, and whether she should foster a more intimidating persona, and how. She sees to the needs of her territory in other ways, both by contacting Coil's people assigned to answer her requests, and by clearing out a rodent infestation for one house and arranging a secondary supply run to address the families at the boardwalk's needs. She gets a thank you at least. She then meets up with Grue to discuss gender stereotypes and methods for ruling over people, whilst drawing comparisons to how other Undersiders are handling their territories, and what it means to govern effectively as a villain. The chapter finishes up with them affirming that they need to attend the Truce Meeting of capes to put aside hostilities to deal with a greater threat once again, this time the Slaughterhouse Nine.
