==Plot== Incomplete<!-- remove this only when the page is complete --> Grue delivers the terms of the Slaughterhouse Nine's test to the coalition of villains, laying out the rules of Jack Slash's 'Game' which includes not allowing interreference from powers outside Brockton Bay. The message finishes off by mentioning that Mannequin shall be the first to deliver his test. This news is not recieved well, although Skitter recieves praise for holding off Mannequin when he attacked, which led to the other members of the Nine deducting a day from his round of trials for the perceived weakness. They go on to speculate who all the other candidates are, as well as what they are going to do about Dinah's prophecy concerning Jack Slash expediting the end of the world if he leaves Brockton Bay. The villains get to strategizing a game plan to try and take out the Nine, ranging from the all out assault proposed by Hookwolf, to trying to protect the candidates from the Nine. Coil also reveals that the Merchant's have already been eliminated by the Nine. Grue and Imp disagree over her part in the plan to oppose the Nine, resenting her brother for trying to protect her, and walking out on the meeting. The villains then decide to muster in Skitter's territory as she is the most well established, in order to try and prepare for Mannequin's trials. Having already infiltrated her zone of influence once, Skitter tries to devise ways to better detect him in the future. This ends up failing as he openly flaunts his ability to avoid her tripwires. Spooked, they continue to prepare for the next few days and to try and anticipate Mannequin's next moves.
