====Oblique Workarounds====
If an offensive All-or-Nothing effect is not inviolable before hitting its target, it is possible for powers to obliquely act on the vector of attack to prevent it from hitting. Preventing the cape from using their All-or-Nothing power in the first place is an obvious workaround.
