The Fallen were well positioned to provide an outlet for those mad at the system, the crazy ones, and those who just wanted to crack some skulls.<ref name="R2.2"/><ref name="Sv1"/> In time the Fallen would have children who they could then raise in this environment and indoctrinate them into their way of thinking.
