When several major villains were arrested and their gangs dispersed villains from across the northeast flocked to boston to fill the power vacuum. Heroes, like the newly re-christened [[New Wave]], came in to make sure the gang war didn't engulf the city. So the Boston Games began.<ref>“Would’ve been in Boston.
