He barely knew the girl for an hour but [[Weaver]] had a profound effect on his life. He was aware of her from watching American television, including her seizure of [[Brockton Bay]]. Her history and choices may have been one of the reasons that he allowed her to stay and talk with him.<ref name="24.3e5"/> He stated that he would have killed her for trying to trick him if he did not feel the need for an outsider to challenge his ideas, but didn't seem particularly angry regardless.<ref name="24.4e6">I could see the small smile on Phir Sē’s face, disappointed and proud and a condemnation at the same time.  “I watch you.
