Unlike Gallant, Heartbreaker didn’t need to shoot you with any blasts of energy to affect you. Due to being a emotion-controlling Master, Heartbreaker is unable to effectively manipulate capes that experience significantly dulled emotion, such as [[Jean-Paul "Alec" Vasil|Regent]].<ref name="7.1 e6">Alec shrugged, “So yeah.
