Toward the beginning of the [[Echidna]] incident, Hunch was called as the third point of reference for a pre-situation evaluation with a go-ahead from [[Rebecca Costa-Brown|Chief Director Costa-Brown]]. Hunch described the situation as "bad," and the PRT labeled Echidna as an A-class threat.<ref name="18.4">“And you won’t have another,” [[Miss Militia]] cut in. She’d stepped out of the Director’s office next door and into the doorway. “We’re not here to socialize. We got in touch with some thinkers. Eleventh Hour says he gets an ‘eight’.
