I want you to draw your attention to the question that preceded WB's response. It is pointed out there that Siberian is Case 1, this was not refuted. That is related to a campaign made be someone ''else'', the campaign Grantsville. That does have a number but the examples given by WD for cases that were examined by the PRT were not assigned numbers. Buracracies do not usually assign reasources based on Logic so while scion started off the timeline divergence between alph and bet the PRT was formed several years later.
