You’ll stop hurting, the wounds will disappear, but it’s a delicate balance, and the duration is limited.”<br/><br/>“I’ll take what I can get,” I said.<br/><br/>“When the duration expires, unless certain conditions are met, the injuries come back.  Sometimes not as bad, sometimes worse.
