There was some looting downtown following the Battle against Leviathan. [[Shadow Stalker]] patrolled there.<ref name=":4" />

The [[Travelers]] divided much of Downtown up between them as part of [[Coil's Organization]]. [[Ballistic]] took the north, [[Sundancer]] took the shopping district, [[Genesis]] took the coast, and [[Trickster]] took the [[The Towers|Towers]] in the center.<ref name=":5" /> [[Tattletale]] didn't openly claim territory, but she also watched over the downtown areas.<ref>[[Snare 13.1]]
