She had a web trawler designed for monitoring emails that watched web traffic for "high-risk content", such as attempts to sell data stolen from her or references to the secret identities of [[Protectorate]] members. It could also be used to search through records and security footage for clues, to rapidly uncover a parahuman's secret identity and track specific individuals. He created a Robin Hood A.I. to abscond with the financial assets of organized crime that was later co-opted by the [[Dragonslayers]]. It was later neutralized by [[The Number Man]] at the behest of his [[Cauldron|employers]] and then removed by the Dragonslayers. <ref name="26.xe1"> Richter’s programs had continued to defraud organized crime, emptying bank accounts here and there. Richter also created a program that he named [[Dragon]] that initially monitored his networked house for him, presumably to prevent break-ins and handle simple maintenance.<ref name="I10.5">[[Interlude 10.5]]</ref> That program grew more complex over time. 

He also created Iron Maiden, renamed Ascalon by the more mythologically inclined Saint.

After his murder, Dragon maintained these and other programs in her activities as a hero.
