Appearance: Caucasian, with brown hair and stubble covering most of his face.  Scar on right eye (unseen when open) from a ‘fall’ as a child. Tends to wear muted colors.

History:
Colloquially referred to as ‘The Blue Bomber’, this cape gained notoriety after staging a bombing at the funeral of Boggart (a PRT cape), killing Director Grady as well as Protectorate hero Pelter. In the ensuing fight, he managed to take down all opposition, destroying a PRT van and severely injuring yet another cape, after losing an arm. The next day, he recklessly attacked the Grantsville Police Station, slaughtering a PRT squaddie as well as Protectorate hero Maxwell before being taken into custody. Since then, he has not been seen to change forms, keeping his current muscular and brutish one, his arm growing back within the week. An investigation turned up Dexter Schucandy’s (the local PD’s explosives expert) abandoned apartment after his continued absence, and plenty of evidence to confirm his identity. There is no evidence to suggest that Blue Bomber was involved with Bakery or the Grantsville event (See case 143 for details).

In late 2008, Blue Bomber was sentenced to the Birdcage. During transport, he managed to escape the PRT Van, and laid low for a number of years. The PRT got a lucky hit with a local thinker, and captured him in an apartment building loaded with bomb-making supplies.

Personality:
Aloof; a loner. Not much is known about Blue Bomber’s personality, other than that he is unlikeable and very private. As a child, he was diagnosed with High-Functioning Autism, following the incarceration of his father and mother for child abuse. Interviews with Grantsville PD turned up very little. Of note is that he seems to hate capes, being quoted as calling them “fucking scum” while fighting against them.

Powers:
Rating subject to change. Seen in three roughly humanoid forms. Form 1 is tall, rubbery, flexible, and fast. Form 2 is thin, silver, metallic, sharp, very quick, but fragile (to the point of losing an arm to Brute Aurora Le Fay). Form 3 is gray, muscular, and brutish, capable of flipping vehicles and ignoring multiple shotgun attacks. Noted skills with bombs and firearms.-->
