Jess is described as a fit 5'7" tall woman of middle-eastern descent with a square jaw. Her appearance is such that she can 'pass' for certain 'races' due to her own indeterminate ethnicity.

Jess can produce a cone-shaped spray of liquid forcefield capable of covering roughly eight hundred square feet in seconds. It is initially fragile - breaking if the target is already moving at a walking pace - before setting to a consistency akin to sheet metal, capable of being bent or broken with exerted force at the edges. She was injured and triggered, but resumed the undercover operation without breaking form, adopting a role as a cape lieutenant to the villain.  Her efforts led to an arrest two months later.  Clay and her superiors feel she has exhausted her ability to maintain an undercover identity in NY.  She has requested a transfer to any suitably distant location, with blessings from DEPT_01.

Personality:
Clay has passed mandated psych testing post-operations with flying colors.  Driven and in love with what she does, Clay affects a no-nonsense personality whether undercover or not, winning her few friends, but much respect from superiors.  An exceptional actor, deeply knowledgeable about all aspects of criminal enterprises, Clay prefers to go undercover rather than patrol, and generally shuns costumed activity.  She has expressed concerns about the time when her power is sufficiently connected to her undercover activities that she cannot continue doing what she does in America.  She has expressed interest in working overseas if and when this comes about.
