'''11g (Anniversary; Cherish)''' is the seventh anniversary interlude for the [[Infestation]] arc. in which The Heartbroken have a less than acrimonious reunion.

==Plot==

[[Cherish]] dances down a street in [[Brockton Bay]] and receives compliments from a concerned citizen, who then offers her a lift in his jeep. 

She muses on the candidates the [[Slaughterhouse Nine|Nine]] have chosen for their [[Slaughterhouse Nine Recruitment|recruitment]], as well as some other interesting [[Cape|capes]], before [[Master|emotionally compelling]] her companion and some other bystanders into suicide. 

Cherish reunites with [[Jean-Paul "Alec" Vasil|Regent]] and they discuss how they've been since they left their [[Heartbreaker|father]]'s company, whilst engaging in a battle of wills over [[Coil]]'s minions under Regent. 

Regent resents his candidacy and believes Cherish is making a mistake and threatens to retaliate against her; Cherish wins the argument because she has a bomb on a dead man's switch. She also threatens his [[The Undersiders|team]], who despite his sociopathic tendencies due to their [[The Heartbroken|shared upbringing]], he has been shown to care about.

Cherish then leaves and muses on her plan to soon have control over the Nine.

*Not everyone that Cherish was asked to find were going to become nominees for the [[Slaughterhouse Nine]], some were people that the Nine genuinely wanted to visit.<ref>The 8 she named are the 8 she found for the others.
