'''18.x (Donation Interlude #1; The Most Powerful Man in the World)''' is the third chapter of [[Queen]] and the first interlude. Kevin Norton explains to Lisette why he is the most powerful man in the world. Then, he makes her the most powerful woman.

==Plot==

While about his usual routine of exhorting the masses to tithe money to him, for his services as the most powerful man in the world. Kevin Norton and his trained dog Duke go about their business and Andrew remissness about the area and what brought him back to it. A women emerges from a shop and hands him some needed money treats him with respect. He decides to invite this kind and smart women, Listete along.

He talks about how he got there, a young unknowingly orphaned gay man who didn't have a thing in the world trapped in a abusive relationship. Chanced it in the streets rather then put up with it. dealt with all the issues with that life. Norton reveals why he couldn't bring himself to come back...

Apparently Scion takes his orders from a London Vagrant.

Their meeting was seemingly random, which became an acquaintance and perhaps a friendship. Kevin understandably couldn't deal with the responsibility dealing with an unnamed alien. Kevin doesn't know what name the creature did react to when he was discussing religion and philosophy.

Norton gives the golden man new orders, he says he personally won;t be around for much longer a blood disease of some kind. So he asks Scion to kill the Endbringers when he gets the chance. He also passes on the responsibility to Lisette at a bargain price already paid.
