Miasma was a member of the Slaughterhouse Nine.<!-- ==Personality== Describe aspects of the character's outlook and goals *mentioned in the story* here. ==Appearance== Costume and distinguishing features go here. Worm descriptions tend to be sparse, so include as much as possible. The storm began to slow as the Winter-Mannequin concentrated his power on a smaller area. The storm came to a standstill. Chevalier raised his cannonblade to fire, only to stumble, dropping his weapon. Miasma. “Indiscriminate attack, Chevalier!” I said. “Revel, get down!” Chevalier swung, very nearly striking Revel as she dropped flat to the ground. He connected with something, and Miasma appeared in an explosion of thick green smoke. The villain rolled, then disappeared again. But Revel was following up, spitting orbs of energy out of her lantern. Miasma wasn’t fast enough to dodge all of them. He, and another Miasma behind him were burned, holes the size of softballs punched through their torsos. --> ==Abilties and Powers== Miasma can turn into an undetectable form that spews an odorless gas, causing headaches, tinnitus, watery eyes and eventually blindness, memory loss, and comas. While in this form, he can be revealed by attacks, which cause him to explode into thick green smoke. ==History== ===Background=== Miasma joined the Slaughterhouse Nine and died at some point, during his time as a member he participated in their atrocities and presumably died. ===Post-Timeskip=== Bonesaw created nine clones of Miasma. Three of them were defeated by the Brockton Bay and Chicago Wards and Protectorate at Redfield. ==Chapter Appearances== == Trivia == * An early version of Worm titled 'Versus Dragon' featured a character named Miss Miasma, a tinker specializing in gases. Pulled off a bank robbery much like the Undersiders but elected to run away instead of fighting like the Undersiders did in canon. ==References== ==Site Navigation== Slaughterhouse Nine Navibox
