Siberian was Case 1 of what would become the PRT classification for anomalous events.

An attempt to get the Siberian's hostage away only allowed her to get her hands on Hero.

==Aftermath==
The very next day, with two major heroes out of action, either dead or incapacitated, [[Leviathan]] attacks [[Wikipedia:Naples|Naples]].{{Ref|Naples, September 16th, 2000.  Leviathan.|#Interlude 24.x}} The demoralized defenders poor showing was dangerous enough, however the resulting damage was believed to be instrumental in inspiring the elements of what would later be called [[The Fallen]].<ref name=Fall> On September 17th, 2000 - Naples, Italy was attacked by Leviathan.  Suffering from the recent loss of Hero and the absence of Alexandria, the Protectorate core team put up a poor resistance, and damage was widespread, devastating Naples and the surrounding cities.
