Repeats are ugly, yup, but might save some confusion later. Or not. 37.112.172.179 04:40, November 6, 2017 (UTC) : Sorry to bother you but could you explain the issue? I am thankful for the edits and will be reviewing them, I just want to know your thinking.--FossilLord (talk) 11:43, November 6, 2017 (UTC) :: It depends on how WB is going to treat indexing in sequel, really.
The worst case for now is He/Chamesh/Samekh - it could be the same world, called inconsistently by characters with different level of hebrew understanding, or three different worlds in inconsistent, "built-over" naming system. Or something in-between? Nun and "Achat" give similar clues.
WB seems to be treating indexing waaaay too realistically. E.g. initially flawed, half-assed system (using hebrew, which has its own tradition, in quasi-bayer style, which is badly suited for unlimited array of objects, while simultaneously short-handing it to non-comparable latin/english alphabet) being used by fallible beings. As a result, while in-universe characters might be able to cross-reference and confirm which world is really which, readers, probably, are going to be left hanging. It might be the point, but ohwell...
Wiki-wise, I see no other solution except to provide information explaining possible in-universe misnaming, which is sort of obnoxious future-proofing and might become unimportant nitpicking in the end.
