==Goals & Methods==
They presented themselves to the public as an elite group that was "hipper, cooler and more effective" than [[the King's Men]]. However, they were actually barely treading water as a group, in terms of funding and membership. Having lost several important members to Endbringers, well before They started attacking more often. Further their [[Merchandise]] had failed to catch on and depended on the financial assistance of the [[PRT]].<ref name="27.2" />

Their operations mostly covered Western Europe, although they had some involvement in the Middle East.<ref name="SB1">Western Europe primarily. The Suits managed different duties, classifying capes into groups for public service, fighting, intrigue, fast response and watching for malfeasance in other areas of the public. The Swords were focused on providing a fast response to crisis. They're the first answer to A and S class threats and their members generally lean offensive. 

The Spades focus on peacekeeping via force and often work on lowering crime rates and dismantling gangs. They're often deployed to cities with high rates of villainy to help local heroes organize into an effective force.

The Wands are a suit with a broad focus. They're the problem solvers, cape researchers, and the ones to answer short-term crisis that aren't a matter of offense, economics, or inter-group. They are otherwise supplementary and utility focused, assisting other groups with tinkers, movers, and investigators. 

The Clubs are generally focused on support and defense. They're the answer to natural disasters, evacuations, and recovery efforts, but often assist other suits by making front lines tougher or bodyguarding fragile members. They have a strong body of masters, defensive shakers, brutes, and sensory thinkers.

The Cups are the group with the most control over the Suits as a whole. They focus on group liasons and management, including team oversight, tracking gang activity and major figures, identifying priority targets, and overseeing the hiring/firing process. They also focus on Suit relations with other groups and gangs and dabble in espionage. The Cups are primarily masters and strangers.

The Hearts are the central PR wing for the Suits and have a focus on liasons with non-cape groups, such as the police, courts, and media. They are scattered and disparate, operating through a command structure. Individual members are often sent out with specific to enable that team to work most effectively with local bodies. They're also partially investigative, looking into suspicious news/political activity to weed out villains.

The Coins are the highest-level investigators. They focus on the digital sphere, economics and espionage, and work from the top down to identify problems. They're predictive and preventative, and they don't often see field action due to their focus on tracking markets, mapping out activity zones, and predicting problems. There are a few tinkers in the group, but it's primarily thinkers.

The Diamonds are the counterpart to the Coins, taking the cases they've handed off. They're an investigative body focused on cleaning up the aftermath and dealing with economics, the black market, criminal informants, and the like.
