One of the more extreme examples of how powers can affect one mentally, she veers between lucidity and a dissociative fugue state. In Interlude 5 Gregor the Snail notes that they stumbled across Elle on a job that took them to a high security asylum, where at least one of the inmates - Labyrinth - was being kept. After the job went sour and Faultline's Crew crossed paths with Labyrinth, they offered her a position on their team.

She has the ability to manipulate her immediate environment almost completely, reshaping her surroundings at will. While this only extends a relatively short distance around her, her influence gradually extends outward as she remains in one place. She has demonstrated the ability to allow someone to ignore the alterations she has made.
