Piggot was the Director of the PRT. Her duties include managing the local teams.

History

Emily Piggot's first appearance directly follows Nilbog's origin. She and a number of additional PRT assault members were assigned to make an attack on the town and take out Nilbog. The mission quickly went south, however, and everyone but Piggot was killed. Piggot herself suffered severe damage to her legs and kidneys, ending any field duties she could ever have had in the PRT. This incident is where her hatred of capes developed.

Following this, Piggot was made the director of the PRT. She worked in Brockton Bay for the duration of this job.

Piggot, in addition to her duties as director, also directly managed the Brockton Bay Wards, and presumably the Protectorate.

During the Snare arc, Piggot was the one behind the decision to use Bakuda's bombs as a means to finish off the Slaughterhouse Nine.

Piggot appeared the most during the Monarch arc. When Dragon's suits were brought to Brockton Bay in an attempt to remove the hold the Undersiders and Travelers had put on the city, Piggot was taken hostage in an attempt to end the hostilities. Piggot's health issues quickly prevented this from being viable, however, and she was released back to the PRT.

During the election and Coil's coup, Piggot was stabbed with a number of knives thrown by Circus. Her current status is unknown, but she was replaced by Director Tagg.

Personality

Piggot is extremely stubborn and strong-willed, refusing to give ground in any situation. When taken captive, she makes no effort to request release or otherwise lose face, but instead remains calm.

Piggot has very little sense of humor, or indeed any personality not closely related to her job. She is unaware of her favorite color, although according to Dragon it is silver.

Piggot harbors a deep hatred for all capes, believing them to be bullies at best and monsters at worst.
