Los Angeles houses PRT Department 2, | |||

|Leader of the Los Angeles team and member of the Triumvirate, while also second in command of the Protectorate as a whole. Has enhanced strength and durability, flight, and eidetic memory. while also having enhanced language skills. | |||

Spends less than five percent of her time in Los Angeles, but is rooted in the villain ratings game. She tries to grab ratings and rankings on top villain lists by taking action and showing off in other cities, and leverages the notability for back-alley sponsorship deals and merchandising. She returns to Los Angeles in between her episodes, spending her money on training, counseling, and living a life of luxury.

PRT[edit]
Los Angeles houses PRT Department 2, which is the second largest PRT department. It's headed by Director Knox.
As one the top departments, it has a dedicated role: it's responsible for branding. Not only does Los Angeles have the largest branding department, it also serves and administrates countless other branding departments and offices across the United States. The Protectorate[edit]
The second-largest Protectorate team in America, large enough to have several teams covering different areas of the city, all administrated in a general sense by Alexandria.
| Name | Description |

| Alexandria | Leader of the Los Angeles team and member of the Triumvirate, while also second in command of the Protectorate as a whole. Has enhanced strength and durability, flight, and eidetic memory. She was treated for cancer as Rebecca Costa-Brown in Los Angeles, where she was approached by Doctor Mother, she became active as an independent hero in Los Angeles afterward. |
| Rime | Appointed leader after the Echidna incident. Previously worked under Chevalier. Can create compressed ice fractals that can curve in air and exploded into glaciers on impact. Killed in the battle against Behemoth. |
| Arbiter | Has a social danger sense, forcefield, and sonic beam, while also having enhanced language skills. Accompanied Rime to Las Vegas. Former Ward under Alexandria. |
| Usher | Can grant protection against powers to one individual. Accompanied Rime to Las Vegas. Empowers Chevalier during his battle with Behemoth. |
The Wards[edit]
Not much is known about the Los Angeles Wards, but they have at least two teams.
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Vantage | Team captain. Has enhanced strength and reflexes that scale with the number of opponents he faces, with diminishing returns. Can use teleportation with a two or three feet range. |
| Auroch | Leader of the second Los Angeles Wards team until problems occurred with her judgement. Has an aura that manipulates inertia around herself, with a positive bias for how it interacts with herself. Transfers to Anchorage. |
| Flambé | Known for his reckless tendencies and peculiar mental state. |
| Leister | A teenager in lightweight silver armor with blue cloth underneath, with wave-like designs. Wields an ornate trident, which he can stretch using his power. Accompanied Vantage to Las Vegas. |

Villains[edit]
The Elite[edit]
- Main article: The Elite
Active in Los Angeles, keeping little room for local villains, although their exact methods are unknown.
Bambina[edit]
- Main article: Bambina
Spends less than five percent of her time in Los Angeles, but is rooted in the villain ratings game. She tries to grab ratings and rankings on top villain lists by taking action and showing off in other cities, and leverages the notability for back-alley sponsorship deals and merchandising. She returns to Los Angeles in between her episodes, spending her money on training, counseling, and living a life of luxury.
Strongarm and Mongler[edit]
Two individuals taken down by Alexandria while she was still an independent hero.
History[edit]
On the 17th of May, 2013, Los Angeles was attack by Tohu and Bohu, were Tohu made use of the powers of Alexandria, Phir Sē and Lung. The Endbringers were driven back by Eidolon and the Guild, with the use of some weapons similar to the one used in New Delhi.
This attack set the stage for Jack Slash, who traveled to the area warped by Bohu with some of the Slaughterhouse Nine-Thousand. He was defeated and put in time-loop by Gray Boy, but still managed to talk to Scion.
