Powers:

Dean is an empathic cape that can generate concussive blasts of energy that alter emotions in addition to packing a punch. His energy blasts, inflict specific emotions in those that he strikes as he chooses. (Except in Bitch, who is wired differently: she gets random emotions.)

In addition, Dean can sense the emotions of those around himself.
