Felix Swoop is a tier three member of the AdeptsAdepts.
Abilities and Powers:
Felix is a Master/Blaster hybrid with the ability to control birds. According to Jouster, Felix applies fire resistance and pyrokinesis to the birds and programs them with movements.
History:
During the Protectorate's raid on one a building that an Adept branch was based in, Felix was attacked by Vantage. He was able to recover after Thirteenth Hour put the heroes into a trance and called for reinforcements. He then unleashed his birds as improvised phoenixes against Weaver's swarm, cursed when he almost pulled out an earring, and then commented on Weaver's ability. He then attacked Hoyden with his birds before being taken out by Jouster after Weaver woke him up.
