Parahuman Characters

Califa de Perro (King of Dogs) is a South American cape. He is possibly a villain, dog themed, enjoys the role so much he makes howling and yelping noises. His costume features leather arm bracers with fur tufts near the elbows, a dog mask that covers the upper half of his face and extends forward, and a mount at his waist of a dog’s face that juts a "generous" handspan in front of him. He wears no shirt and sports oiled skin, perfect teeth and at least one earring. His weapon is a spear, although his exact powers are undefined.
