Hi, welcome to Worm Web Serial Novel Wiki! Thanks for your edit to the Chapter List page.

I was thinking about chnaging a couple of things in the chapter and character infoboxes like adding "race" to the characters and putting a link to the chapters list in the chapter infobox. How can i change the template of an infobox?--Estocasticom 14:17, August 1, 2012 (UTC)
:Go to Template:Infobox character or Template:Infobox chapter and add an additional line. Feel free to play around with it a bit. The character one is self explanatory imo. I added a Chapter List link to the bottom of the chapter box, but I'm not feeling it. -Valravn 09:19, August 4, 2012 (UTC)

I'm going to change how I do the character lists. I'll fix the older chapters when I go through finishing them over the next month or so. I'm going to list the rules I'll use. It makes me feel kinda obsessive compulsive, but it's how I do it.

My general rules:
*POV character is always first. This is usually Taylor, but in Interludes it's different.
*List is divided up into sections based on cape team. I like to do this in roughly order of importance (Protectorate before Wards), but I'll almost always put groups on the same side together.
*Characters are also listed by my perceived order of importance. I like to follow the chain of command. (Undersiders I follow Grue>Tattletale/Skitter>Regent>Bitch>Imp; Bitch used to be last to go with dogs, but I'm changing this)
*New-ish: Subgroups get their own section to limit the size of larger groups. (Skitter's Minions and Bitch's Dogs)
*New: The Undersiders are going to be listed by their civilian name if they don't spend a significant time in costume. This was done in the tags a couple time, but I like it for story reasons. This will involve changing Taylor to Skitter in most the chapters after she gets the name.

Thanks for your hard work, Valravn.

One thing to consider: I'm noticing the amount of time you're spending on keeping track of appearances. Would it not be better to simply link to the tag page & let it be handled automatically?

ie.: <u>Appearances, Armsmaster:</u>

I agree with you, panacea can be classificate as villan for now.

Go to Template:Infobox character or Template:Infobox chapter and add an additional line.

 • POV character is always first. This is usually Taylor, but in Interludes it's different.
 • List is divided up into sections based on cape team. I like to do this in roughly order of importance (Protectorate before Wards), but I'll almost always put groups on the same side together.
 • Characters are also listed by my perceived order of importance. I like to follow the chain of command. (Undersiders I follow Grue>Tattletale/Skitter>Regent>Bitch>Imp; Bitch used to be last to go with dogs, but I'm changing this)
 • New-ish: Subgroups get their own section to limit the size of larger groups. (Skitter's Minions and Bitch's Dogs)
 • New: The Undersiders are going to be listed by their civilian name if they don't spend a significant time in costume. This was done in the tags a couple time, but I like it for story reasons. This will involve changing Taylor to Skitter in most the chapters after she gets the name.

I considered doing that when I started doing the appearances, but the tags aren't always consistent/comprehensive and it's hard to scroll through all the chapters on the tag page. I just wish I could figure out how to get a collapsible list working. Valravn 19:58, August 7, 2012 (UTC)

There is a page for both Mannequin and Alan Gramme.  These are the same person, is it possible to delete the Mannequin page?
