It's stated in-story that she's classified a master. Keep in mind that strikers tend to require physical contact or immediate proximity and Bitch doesn't. Even then, if you were to ascribe a prescriptive label rather than the more traditional descriptive one, If you were to go that route, Bitch would be a shaker, not a striker.
