<!-- My bugs passed over the young hero, and he didn’t flinch. He would be one of the Wards, unless his stature was misleading. His costume was a robe, though closer to Myrddin’s in style than Panacea’s. My bugs traced beneath the robe to detect armor that suggested the costume was intended to be worn into a fight. Two curling horns were attached to the band, at the sides of his forehead. | <!-- My bugs passed over the young hero, and he didn’t flinch. Scapegoat is a member of the San Diego<ref name="Cast">Cast (spoiler free)</ref> Wards<ref name="list"/><ref name="19.2"/>, and a highly unlucky individual.
Appearance
Scapegoat wears a white and gold costume, his mask an alabaster goat's head fixed to a golden band, his robe white, and a golden chain around his waist with a goat's head buckle.<ref name="19.2"/><ref name="19.3">Scourge 19.3</ref><ref name="list">Wildbow's Parahuman List</ref>
Abilities and Powers
Scapegoat's power allows him to dig through potential realities to find uninjured versions of the person he is working on and then patch them together. This removes the person's injuries though the effect is weaker if the person fights it and can be broken if they are subjected to any severe impacts or injuries in one to six hours following the procedure. In addition, once he uses his power, he takes on the injuries of the person he's 'healing'<ref name="19.2">Scourge 19.2</ref>.
His power has an offense effect, where he can 'unload' the accumulated damage, with similar conditions for if he had 'healed' that person. Though he can 'lock' the transfer in place to keep the Dante from snapping back to him<ref name="playtest">Playtest Capes</ref><ref name="19.5">Scourge 19.5</ref>.
