Cell is an arc from the Worm series. It is preceded by Imago and followed by Drone.
Summary
Having surrendered to the PRT, but still holding a number of other cards in reserve, Taylor tries to bargain for the chance that things will change, either in Brockton Bay or the world at large. Director Tagg, naturally, has other plans. Unexpectedly, so does Alexandria.
