Norfair Community Center Attack marks the first fight in Ward and the failed debute of Tempera's team.
Prelude
With Scion two years dead the public resentment is growing. Cape activity has been happening out of the public eye and people are starting to question why they even have heroes anymore.
With the amnesty a villain tries to be a hero and joins the Norfair Neighborhood Heroes. But her past mistakes are leaked.
Battle
A bus crash goes wrong.
The battle becomes a protracted siege as a civilian who is a Parahuman reveals herself and messes with everyone's plans.
No name civilian shoots Fume Hood.
Aftermath
The public preasure is let out. Fume Hood gets sympathy. Despite saving the situation Victoria gets fired and has to look for work. The ball is rolling again.
It established Snag's reputation and allowed him to draw on support to go after his main target.<ref>Shade 4.3</ref>
