The Parahuman Response Team (or PRT for shot) is a police/emergency response team trained to deal with ‘capes’ and the fallout of their altercations. They are present in any city with a certain cape population.
The PRT control the budget of The Protectorate and The Wards and as so the local PRT Director usually have a say in the decisions this groups made. The PRT also take care the logistic, maintenance and security of this groups headquarters.
