Appearance

In costume, Whorl wears a blue mask with a white border around the eyes and outermost edge, as well as a 'preppy' bodysuit, with a folded collar and leggings. His icon is on his chest, and is a circle with angled spokes at the edges. Abilities and Powers

Whorl describes himself as somewhat of a weather manipulator<ref>“I’m kind of a weather manipulator, not really, but it’s fun to say.
