Summary
Tattletale's portal has attracted several new cape groups to the city. As de facto crime lord of Brockton Bay following Coil's downfall, Taylor sets out to get her house in order. She and the Undersiders fight off the Teeth and the Fallen and forge a treaty with the Ambassadors.
