Appearance

Steamwheel wears a metal mask that leaves her forehead free. In full costume, she is described as a titan of metal, with an enormous wheel mounted on the back.<ref>Steamwheel was a girl tinker with a mask that was hard metal, starting at two rectangular frames and extending down, leaving the forehead uncovered and mousy, greasy brown hair free. Abilities and Powers

Steamwheel is a tinker who appears to specialise in large mechanised suits, which are powered via steam.

These suits are strong and heavy, can vent steam at people, and can camouflage into these steam clouds.<ref>Steamwheel vented steam after Paris, a heavy plume extending forward.
