Manpower

Onetime leader of the Brockton Bay Brigade, became second in command with his wife Lady Photon taking the leadership role when the group was rechristened New Wave. Father of Laserdream and Shielder. He is described as being seven feet tall, wearing a white costume with designs on it in yellow, matching the general designs of other members of New Wave.

Manpower's abilities gave him an electromagnetic shield around his body that he could discharge to deliver high impact or electrified hits. Given his stature, one could readily assume his powers either let him grow somewhat or have enhanced his physique. He died in the fight against Leviathan.
