Appears to be highly mentally unstable and views himself as God, as he can create life. Nilbog was a banker and loner before his trigger event, which was purportedly caused by his imminent homelessness.

He was responsible for the annihilation of the population of the village Ellisburg by creating monstrous beings, which are able to breed and give birth to more monsters. They come in various shapes and forms.

He is sought out by Jack Slash who wants his help in ending the world. Weaver arrives to prevent this. When diplomacy fails, Weaver tries suffocating Nilbog - whose real body is in a self-designed container underground - with her bugs, blaming Jack Slash for the assassination. (Sting 26.4.)
