Appearance:
Ligeia has dark skin, complemented by a deep blue-green dress with a mask that looks like a conch shell.
Abilities and Powers:
Her power has two modes — creating geysers of water out of empty space, and sucking water (and, possibly, whatever flows with it) back into wherever her water came from.
