Appearance:
Dispatch wears a white costume with steel points rising from his shoulders and his brows. His mask, sculpted into a frown, covers the top half of his face.
Abilities and Powers:
Dispatch's power allows him to rush to his targets and create a bubble enclosing himself with them in a time-accelerated field where he could use his super strength and super toughness to take them down before releasing the bubble.
