Weld is a Case 53 and member of the Boston Wards. He was brought in to lead the Brockton Bay Wards after Leviathan's attack and later moved on to lead the Irregulars after the Noelle Incident.

Appearance
Weld's body is made of a variety of metals — mostly a dusky dark grey, but with silver tracing his musculature and silver eyes.
Abilities and Powers
Weld has a degree of control over the shape of his body — enough to shape-shift his arms into weapons during combat. Due to his unique biology, he does not need to eat, sleep, or breathe. He could cross an ocean by walking across the sea floor.
