Appearance:

Biter is a tall, muscular cape with a homemade costume sporting a bear-trap jaw plate and spike-studded pads.

Abilities and Powers:

Biter has the ability to distort parts of his body to increase their size. He has an upward limit he can distort his body to before permanent damage is incurred, which leads to chronic pain.

History

Background

Biter is Barker's partner, who work underneath Bitch. They have worked with her since she grabbed territory, but were not used during the fights with the slaughterhouse nine.
