26.x (Interlude, …)‏ is the tenth chapter of the Sting arc. History of the entities, Scion and Eve. The birth of their species, their arrival, the bonding of the Shards, Eve's death. Scion wanders, then sees Jack. Jack talks to him. Scion listens. The Golden Morning begins.

Needs a bit of an rewrite, some more obfuscation.

Synopsis

The events of the last chapter form Scion's perspective.

It is here that scion's real name is revealed, Zion.
