Goals and Methods

People with powers trying to keep other people with powers from interfering with economic and political life.

One of their duties is screening anyone influenced by master effects, especially those influenced by the Simurgh.

Unlike the larger PRT parahumans can be found amoung the ranks of the leadership just as often as regular humans. As a semi-separate institution it has it's own operating procedures.

History

Background

The main office is based out of Los Angelus, it is unknown how closely connected it is to the local PRT department or the Protectorate team headed by Alexandria.

Story Start

Accord was an employee of this department before he was caught using funds for what he considered a more important objective.^{[citation needed]} It is unknown if this is related to a certain non-WEDGDG rated Thinker's prediction.

 As there’s myriad types & conventions of, say, invincibility, there’s a number of subcategories and focuses of precognition or clairvoyance. Tattletale, for example, could theoretically be classified as a subtype of clairvoyance.
 So I’d recommend one not jump to any conclusions about what the thinkers out there could do to monitor the use of powers in relation to economic manipulation.
