Extermination is an arc from the Worm series. It is preceded by Buzz and followed by Sentinel.
Summary
Leviathan comes to Brockton Bay. Taylor joins the assembled capes of the city to fight off the monster.
In the aftermath of the devastating battle, the city is in shambles, and several secrets are revealed. Taylor learns that Shadow Stalker is Sophia Hess. The Protectorate learns that Armsmaster deliberately risked the lives of other combatants to attempt to fight Leviathan singlehanded. The Undersiders learn that Taylor planned with Armsmaster to betray them.
