Flare is the second arc in the Ward series. It is preceded by Daybreak and followed by Glare.
Summary
Victoria tries to find her place in the world, it goes kinda sorta not-really okay. Hero groups turn her down. she tries volunteering at the hospital instead. Helps out during a riot but runs into trouble when she is near a broken trigger event.
Afterward she is invited by Jessica Yamada to speak at a therapy group. Where she meets parahumans who are dealing with their own issues.
Meanwhile Crystalclear has joined Foresight and gets invited to do some errands for the Wardens.
