Description

Ligeia of the Ambassadors, by Lonsheep. Ligeia was the first I recognized.  The conch shell mask, one of Accord’s people.

Alternate mask design based on comments by Wildbow.

"The conch mask, as I picture it, would have the tail end of the conch going over one corner of the brow and the spiral would be worked into the design around the eyes.
With a peak or corner perhaps to accommodate the nose
Have it curve a bit back, almost like a horn. But that's good, yeah. I'd give it a pink hue that transitions to blue or vice versa. 
I'd give the dress much the same coloring, btw, it's a costume dress but should remain elegant.
