The Siberian Incident marks the battle against the Siberian on September 15th, 2000, as a result of which Hero was killed.
Prelude
Siberian was Case one of what would become the PRT classification for anomalous events.
Battle
An attempt to get the Siberian's hostage away only allowed her to get her hands on Hero.
