Plot

The group plus Charlotte is caught up in the chaotic melee, and one of the participants Triggers.
Every parahuman blacks out, and what they see is quickly forgotten. Tattletale spouts nonsense.
Skidmark names the new parahuman Scrub, over Scrub's own suggestion, and the 'powers in a can' are offered to one of Scrub's friends.
While this happens, Skitter notices Newter on the roof and realizes that Faultlines crew is about to attack.
