Scarab is the twenty-fifth arc of Worm. It is preceded by Crushed and followed by Sting.
Summary
Having found a place as a hero with the Chicago Wards, Taylor begins to prepare for the end of the world. Along the way, she encounters the Directors of the PRT, representatives from more shadowy factions of capes, and the Endbringers' retaliation for Behemoth's death.
The last chapter jumps forward nearly two years: Taylor makes a return visit to Brockton Bay on her eighteenth birthday, before her induction to the Protectorate.
